Seit April 2011 gilt Ingolstadt-Manching als "besonderer Landeplatz." Ein- und Ausflüge in oder aus EU-Ländern, die nicht dem Schengener-Abkommen beigetreten sind (NON-SCHENGEN-Länder) - z. B. Großbritannien - müssen so früh wie möglich angemeldet werden, spätestens 24 Stunden vor dem Flugereignis! Hierfür werden die Passdaten von Passagieren und Besatzung benötigt. Dies gilt auch für Ein- und Ausflüge in oder aus den sogenannten DRITTLÄNDERN wie z. B. den USA sowie für die Länder Norwegen und Island (Nicht-EU, aber Schengen).
Verantwortlich für die Flugankündigungen an die IMA ist der Luftfrachtführer oder der Pilot!
Die Formalitäten für den Ein- bzw. Ausflug aus oder in Nicht-Schengen- bzw. Nicht-EU-Länder müssen unbedingt befolgt werden - die Mitarbeiter der IMA unterstützen Sie dabei gerne.

Bitte füllen Sie das Formblatt aus und senden Sie es per Fax oder E-Mail an die IMA Gmbh.
Ist die Ankunft- oder Abflugzeit nicht einzuhalten, so ist die IMA zu informieren. Sind Kontrollen angekündigt, dürfen Fluggäste und Besatzung das Gelände des Flugplatzes erst verlassen, nachdem die Polizei zur Kontrolle anwesend war oder nachdem, nach Rücksprache mit der Polizei, auf eine Kontrolle verzichtet wird.

All flights to or from EC-countries, which did not sign the Schengen treaty (NON-SCHENGEN-countries) - e.g. Great Britain - have to be announced to the local authorities as soon as possible, latest 24 hours before the flight. They need all passport data of passengers and crew. This also applies to THIRD-countries like The United States of America and flights from or to Iceland and Norway.
Announcing the flight to the mentioned parties is within the responsibility of the air carrier or the pilot!
It is very important to comply with the necessary customs formalities for arrivals from or departures to a "Non-Schengen" or Third country - we will be glad to assist you!

If you are not able to meet your arrival or departure time, please call IMA as soon as possible. In case the police intends to perform customs examinations, neither crew nor passengers are allowed to leave the airport until the police have arrived.
